Pet owners have one major thing in common: We all love our pets madly. We are their guardians, their best friends and their faithful servants.

Most of us would do anything, go to any length, to keep our pets happy, healthy — and in our lives for as long as possible. To lose a pet, for whatever reason, can be heartbreaking. That is why a tuned-in pet psychic can be an important figure in the lives of pet owners.

I have always loved all kinds of animals and seem to have a special affinity with them, especially those of the feline variety. I just love cats! I also have an uncanny ability to communicate with them on a deep level, so I am often called in by people with kitty issues.

Recently a family in Sedona adopted a beautiful gray cat from our local Humane Society. Sydney was two years old, seemingly healthy, strong and intelligent. He appeared to fit in well with the family: mom and dad, two kids and two dogs, a Rottweiler and a Chow.

After four or five days, Syd seemed happy and was playful and affectionate. The kids especially loved the new kitty. There was just one little problem. Each time Dad left his favorite dining room chair, Syd jumped up and sprayed or urinated all over the chair.

This was totally unacceptable. The Pet Psychic was called. I arranged a session with the cat and with the family.

What I got from Syd was fear with a capital F. He was scared of the dad, who was a big man with a deep voice. He wanted to get rid of the Man of the House.

On a psychic level I heard Syd say that this was not his choice of a home — too much action with the Man and those two dogs. He was not really happy and needed to go somewhere else.

I told this to the family and naturally they were sad, especially the kids, who had become quite attached to their new kitty. I told them Syd was unhappy in his new surroundings and would continue to mark the daddy chair.

So off went kitty, back to the Humane Society.

A few nights later I dreamed that Syd was in a new home with an elderly woman and felt safe and comfortable there. I know it is true.

My services as a Pet Psychic were called upon recently on another occasion.

Our neighbors were in Texas while on a camping trip in their big RV. They had their three cats with them. These mature felines were well behaved, came when called even while hunting around the campground, and liked their travel cages!

As John and Judy were getting ready to pack it up and leave Texas, they suddenly froze. Butterfly, the youngest cat, did not show up. Butterfly went missing.

They spent three hours calling the cat, searching everywhere…to no avail. They had to go, had to get back on the road for the long three-day trip back to Sedona. So crying and upset — devastated — they left the campground, leaving their beloved Butterfly behind.

When they go back to Sedona, Judy called me. She told me the sad story and asked if I could perhaps intuit the missing cat’s whereabouts.

At 5 a.m. the next day, I meditated for an hour then tuned in to the cat. I asked my guides for help to find out if Butterfly was alive and if so, where she was. The message I got on the psychic level was that Butterfly was OK and hiding in a drain pipe by the campground gift shop. A dog had chased her there four days ago. She was very much alive, but scared and hungry.

I told this to Judy. She called the campground, and yes! Butterfly had been seen. Next day Judy flew to Texas to pick up her missing kitty, and soon she and Butterfly were back home in Sedona.

Often it is very gratifying to do pet psychic work. This was a scary story with a very happy ending. So I say thanks to the Angels and guides for a successful intervention.
